Applicants from households in regions where the Disaster Relief Act applies whose principal wage-earner has been adversely affected by natural disaster posted on "about Exemption from entrance examination fee" of this university's website and who can acquire a risai shomeisho (Disaster Victim Certificate), may be eligible for an exemption of application fees. If you wish to receive an exemption, be sure you follow the necessary procedures in accordance with the Guidelines for Applicants of the graduate school you wish to apply to before entering your application details online.

Prepare what you need for your application
• Check the Guidelines for Applicants of the graduate school you wish to apply to, and prepare everything you need for your application.
• You will need a printer to print out the address label, application form/photo card , and other required forms.
• Prepare the required documents specified by the graduate school you wish to apply to, an envelope (Square Type 2; 240mm × 332mm), and photographs (write your name on the back and affix one to the photo card).
* Prepare a total of 2 photographs including photograph for examination voucher.

For applications from outside Japan, only credit card payments can be accepted.

In addition to the application fee, you need to pay 650 Japanese Yen as the processing fee.

Submit the Application Documents by post
Affix an address label to the envelope and submit the required documents in accordance with the instructions provided in the Guidelines for Applicants of the graduate school you wish to apply to.
